By purchasing any product or service from Bright Automations, you agree to the following terms.
NOT included in the revenue system:
Additional revisions beyond the included 2 rounds: $25 per round.
All standard services (Google Business optimization, speed and mobile optimization, SEO updates, and social landing page) are included in the monthly service plan described in Section 2. Business automation systems are available separately — see our Enterprise Systems page for details and pricing.
We use publicly available business information to build your website, including but not limited to: Google Business Profile data, public reviews, business name, address, phone number, hours of operation, services offered, and photos.
You are responsible for reviewing your website and confirming the accuracy of all information before and after launch. Bright Automations is not responsible for inaccurate information sourced from public listings.
If you provide us with content (photos, text, logos), you confirm you have the right to use that content and grant us permission to display it on your website.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing payment, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Pricing is as listed at time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing for new customers at any time. Existing subscriptions maintain their current rate.
There is no setup fee. Your website build is free. If you are not satisfied with the result before going live, you may cancel at no cost.
Monthly service plan ($99.95/month): No refunds for the current billing period. Cancel anytime to stop future charges.
You own your business content (text, photos, logos you provide).
Bright Automations owns the website template, code, and design. Your license to use the template is active as long as your hosting subscription is active. If hosting is canceled, the website is taken offline.
If we register a domain on your behalf, the domain is registered in your name and you retain ownership regardless of hosting status.
Bright Automations is not responsible for any lost revenue, leads, customers, or business resulting from website downtime, errors, or any other issue with your website.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on any of our forms (including the contact form, free preview request, or checkout page), you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Bright Automations at the phone number you provided. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Messages we may send include:
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You may receive up to 10 messages per month. During active website builds, message frequency may temporarily increase for project updates.
Message and data rates may apply. Bright Automations does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates will apply. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your service subscription or affect your account.

Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and most other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We will never sell, rent, or share your phone number or mobile information (including opt-in data and consent records) with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Your mobile information is used solely by Bright Automations to communicate with you about our services.
We may also send service-related emails regarding your account, project updates, and invoices. You may opt out of promotional emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. Transactional emails related to active services cannot be opted out of.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
