How we obtain consent before sending you text messages

How You're Added to Our SMS List

Bright Automations only sends text messages to business owners who have explicitly agreed to receive them. Here is how our opt-in process works:

  1. A Bright Automations representative contacts you by phone to discuss a custom website we've built for your business.
  2. If you express interest and verbally agree to receive SMS updates about your website and our services, our representative will provide you with our SMS number.
  3. To confirm your opt-in, you text START to that number.
  4. You will immediately receive a confirmation message verifying that you are now opted in.

No text messages are sent to you before you complete step 3. Your verbal agreement alone does not add you to our messaging list — your START text is required to confirm consent.

What Messages You'll Receive

Once opted in, you may receive:

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 5 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP at any time to immediately opt out of all future messages. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
